The Junior League of Greater Elmira Corning is organizing a Free Self-Defense Class at Mugen Martial Arts, situated at the Arnot Mall (3300 Chambers Rd, Horseheads, NY 14845). The event is scheduled for Sunday, January 14th, running from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Here's the cool part – this is open to any woman aged 13 or older, and you don't have to be a Junior League member or a guest to join in the fun! Suggested Donation Of: Menstrual products (liners, tampons or pads) or children's diapers (Newborn to size 4T-5T Pull Up) in any quantity are graciously accepted to assist The Junior League of Greater Elmira Corning in its continued mission of providing diapers and menstrual products to those in need within our community.
